Registration

The Conference will be held in a hybrid format, participants will be able to choose to participate either in-person or virtually.

Each registration is valid for one person only. All who wish to attend the conference must register.

Please note: 

• Rates: attendance of all sessions, Banquet and Proceedings (Digital Copy) is free. 
• A personal profile will be created upon registration. Any data in the profile can be amended or updated easily at a later stage (e.g. Attendance type, abstract/poster submission, etc.) by logging in and clicking on your own name (top-right). 
• You need to be registered in order to submit an abstract or poster. Submission details will be available to you on this site when your registration has been accepted. 
• In order to attend the conference you will be required to accept the terms and conditions, and privacy statements associated with various entities. Information about these is included in the registration form.
